NdFeB Screw-On Magnets

Flat countersunk neodymium disc and block magnets with one or two boreholes can be fastened with a countersunk head screw. They are not thick and therefore very discreet for hanging up signs, tools, etc. Screw-on magnets are very popular in the areas of kitchen installations, booth and store construction, signage technology, furniture construction, etc.

Practical Applications

Cylinder magnets work well on a whiteboard, magnetic board or fridge if you want to hang up photos, notes, etc. Thanks to their oblong shape they are easier to grasp than flat disc magnets, which makes moving around objects easier.
Neodymium cylinder magnets are also suitable to countersink boreholes, which allows for several objects to be combined magnetically or to create magnetic clasps for jewellery, wooden boxes, etc.

Would you like to execute experiments around the topic of magnetism in school or at the university? Then, long cylinder magnets are the right choice. They work well if you want to make magnetic field lines visible with iron filings – a classic among physics experiments.

With cylinder magnets and steel spheres you can make new magnetic sculptures – according to our customers this may lead to a certain amount of addiction!
Another practical application in workshops is collecting and storing fo screws and metal filings, given that they are made of iron or steel.
